Order Cancellation
Please note purchases cannot be modified or cancelled once an order is placed and/or payment is received. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of your order prior to placement. Each pod is created bespoke in our factory for each individual customer and so cannot be on sold.

We reserve the right at any time, even after we send you a confirmation email, to decline or cancel your order or to limit order quantities for any reason, including errors or suspected fraud.​

Returns\Exchanges
We do not accept returns nor provide exchanges, as each order is created bespoke for a customer and therefore cannot be on sold to another customer. It is the onus of the buyer at time of delivery to inspect the goods thoroughly to ensure they meet the order specification, and to note any and all damage. You are required to notify us within 24hrs if there is an issue. Should an item be damaged in transit we will work with you to deliver the replacement piece.

Delivery Time frame
We work with reputable shipping companies to try ensure timely delivery of your order. We are unable to offer a guaranteed delivery time as shipping and last mile delivery is outside our control.

Orders will typically be manufactured & dispatched within 8-20 business days of receiving an order deposit. Dispatch times vary due to order backlog, the quantity ordered and customization requests.

Orders are shipped from our factory in Asia and shipping times vary, but are typically 20-35 working days. Approximate delivery time from order placement to delivery is 30-60 working days. 

We provide regular updates of your order progress, so you know where your pod is. We will not cancel an order nor provide a refund due to a pod taking longer than expected to be delivered.

Refunds
We do not provide refunds once an order has been placed.

Final Payment
Final payment of any outstanding balance on an order is immediately due upon delivery of goods, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by both parties. Should there be an issue with a pod, please refer to the section Returns\Exchanges for resolution.
